Since the Bureau of Immigration canceled the one-time 6-month renewable visa policy in April last year, visa renewals have become more troublesome. Now, each renewal can only be for 1 or 2 months, which means many people have to visit the immigration office frequently, waiting in line, filling out forms, and waiting for approval each time.
To make this easier, we offer a full-service visa renewal. As long as you provide a valid passport, you don’t need to be present in person. We can complete the renewal within 1–2 working days.
Renewal Process:
We send a dedicated staff member to pick up your passport.
Our handling team submits the renewal to the Immigration Bureau.
Once approved, we collect the passport and renewal documents from the bureau.
The passport and documents are delivered back to you.
Before processing, we assess your passport, visa pages, entry stamps, and past stay records. Only if everything is in order will we send a courier to collect your passport.
During this process, you only need to hand over your passport once, and renewal is completed in 1–2 working days (except during holidays or policy adjustments).
